We had a lovely time at the hotel. The hotel is on the outskirts but this meant it wasn’t overly busy. Taxis are cheap so we went to old town and nearby resturants. The breakfast was good, first day lots of variety - but not as much on second day. The staff were so lovely, they took the time to talk to you and help in any way… we had someone with gluten and dairy allergy and they catered to this for breakfast. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Pool was great - a bit windy but the family still enjoyed it. Flo restaurant was delicious! We had a great family meal here, reasonably priced for a hotel. There was something for everyone on the menu. There is also a shop 7-8min walk where you can get drinks and snacks for cheap.

I recently stayed at Mada Centro Amman Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel boasts a modern design that blends comfort with elegance. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The on-site restaurant offered a delightful array of local and international dishes, making dining a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. Additionally, the hotel’s location is ideal for exploring Amman. It's conveniently situated near key attractions, shopping areas, and cultural sites, making it easy to immerse yourself in the local culture. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Hattar, the Front Office Manager, for his exceptional support during my stay. He kindly arranged a late check-out for me and followed up afterward to ensure I had an excellent experience. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly made a difference. Thank you, Mr. Hattar! Overall, Mada Centro Amman Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. It combines luxury with genuine hospitality, making for a memorable stay.

This was my third stay at Centro Mada Amman, and once again, the experience exceeded expectations! The staff's generosity and hospitality are truly unmatched. From the concierge team, the valet service, and the ever-attentive Ayman from room service, to the friendly breakfast staff including Chef Lawrence, Chef Noor, Mohamed, Loai, Mr. Qusai - everyone made me feel incredibly welcome (and apologies to anyone whose name I missed!). The improvements at the hotel are impressive. It seems with each visit, Centro Mada Amman just keeps getting better and better. The location remains excellent, providing easy access to the city. I can't wait for my next stay! Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Centro! The location couldn't have been more perfect as it was situated close to all the main hangout spots in the area. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority at this hotel. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. Moreover, it was quiet and peaceful in the room despite their being a lounge upstairs. As for the breakfast, it was delicious and included a variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever visit Jordan again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Great choice for a short visit to Amman. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a valet parking so no worries about finding a place to park a car. The hotel is close to a busy street. It is not bothering when you have the windows closed but while open you can hear the traffic. It was not an issue for us but can be for more sensitive ears. Overall we do recommend the hotel.

I’ve tried centro mada rotana 3 times now ..the night staff at rotana centro mada are amazing… they are very wonderful helpful and super kind and polite… i love them. always a no. 1 choice for me.

Although it’s a 4 star hotel, it certainly felt more of a 5 star to us. Facility is very new and modern and very welcoming. Highly recommended if you will be spending most of the time outside. The breakfast was excellent and nothing less than what a 5 star hotel would offer. Gym was good for a quick workout and the rooftop bar/pool was pleasant. I would say the overall experience was really great considering have also a toddler with us. In room dining is 24 hours which was great!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable with nice modern furniture. Also, I enjoyed breakfast which has a variety of foods. I had a very pleasant stay there for 3 nights. I will come back again.
