I recently stayed at Mada Centro Amman Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel boasts a modern design that blends comfort with elegance. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The on-site restaurant offered a delightful array of local and international dishes, making dining a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. Additionally, the hotel’s location is ideal for exploring Amman. It's conveniently situated near key attractions, shopping areas, and cultural sites, making it easy to immerse yourself in the local culture. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Hattar, the Front Office Manager, for his exceptional support during my stay. He kindly arranged a late check-out for me and followed up afterward to ensure I had an excellent experience. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly made a difference. Thank you, Mr. Hattar! Overall, Mada Centro Amman Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Centro! The location couldn't have been more perfect as it was situated close to all the main hangout spots in the area. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority at this hotel. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. Moreover, it was quiet and peaceful in the room despite their being a lounge upstairs. As for the breakfast, it was delicious and included a variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever visit Jordan again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Great choice for a short visit to Amman. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a valet parking so no worries about finding a place to park a car. The hotel is close to a busy street. It is not bothering when you have the windows closed but while open you can hear the traffic. It was not an issue for us but can be for more sensitive ears. Overall we do recommend the hotel.

Although it’s a 4 star hotel, it certainly felt more of a 5 star to us. Facility is very new and modern and very welcoming. Highly recommended if you will be spending most of the time outside. The breakfast was excellent and nothing less than what a 5 star hotel would offer. Gym was good for a quick workout and the rooftop bar/pool was pleasant. I would say the overall experience was really great considering have also a toddler with us. In room dining is 24 hours which was great!

The front desk were very friendly and helpful, especially an employee called Rakan, he was very professional.
